Common Issues & Quick Fixes

The curtain doesn't appear on a site I added

  • Make sure the full domain or URL pattern is correctly added in the Options page
  • Check for http/https in the URL

Password is not unlocking the site

  • Double-check that you are entering the correct password (case-sensitive)
  • If you recently changed your password in Options, reload the page before trying again

Pro features aren't working after purchase

  • Open the Options page and re-enter your license key
  • Make sure you have an active internet connection for license validation

Options page is locked and I forgot the password

  • Unfortunately, for security reasons, there's no password recovery
  • You can reset the extension to default by removing and reinstalling it (this will erase your saved site list)
